Ongoing back pain could be due to the following:
- Lack of strength of the key muscles
- lack of proper firing of the muscles as you move
- Lack of proper movement patterns
- Lack of co-ordination of muscles as you move
- Weak core muscle
- Core muscles are not strengthened all around the body
- Upper body weakness
After I had strengthened my low back from the injuries I received in my three motor vehicle accidents, I noticed that when I pushed myself, some pain and stiffness would return. This feedback I also received from my patients who returned to playing golf, tennis and jogging.
It began to dawn on me that I and some of my patients may require better ways to move our bodies and also some form of rehabilitation that integrated the nervous system more with the muscles and movement patterns. Some aspects of the muscles and nervous system also needed to be healed via nutrition, so that the systems could get to the next level.
Once I had worked out the details and tested this on myself, I then began to test the program on my patients.
After some minor tweaking of the program the feedback began to come in from excited patients. Not only did they feel that their backs were functioning better, but their daily and sports activities became easier and improved. This was back in the early 90’s.
The Stage 2 Program educates you on how to move properly and save your back. It also shows you how to strengthen the muscles of your entire trunk in a sequenced, co-ordinated pattern of movements. Add to this, the basic nutrition which helps to heal the damaged muscles and supports the nervous system, you’ll achieve optimal results.
The Program not only will solve the limiting pain and stiffness you experience from time to time, it will show you how to delay the wear and tear on your low back.
You can now get your hands on a clinically proven and comprehensive program that will improve your back function and sports activities.
